Please note that returns are ONLY applicable to wrong item or damaged item received. Damage due to wear and tear or as a result of invalid cleaning methods, are NOT considered faulty. Kindly contact us first and provide us with evidence of the damaged or wrong item received via the email below.
The item HAS TO BE RETURNED to me for refund or exchange and in the same condition they were sent in. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and I will process a refund once proof is verified.
