How long does it take for my order to be despatched?

I aim to dispatch all items within 3 to 5 working days but please bear in mind that due to Covid-19, there may be delays in your item reaching you as not all postal services are running efficiently at the moment. 

Once your order leaves me, I have NO CONTROL over how quickly you will receive it. However, partial tracking will be added to your package, even with Standard International Shipping.

Estimated delivery time also cannot be guaranteed, especially with COVID restrictions. International shipping could also take longer due to the restrictions and customs. Rough estimation would be:

WEST MALAYSIA - 3-7 days after dispatched.

EAST MALAYSIA - 4-10 days after dispatched.

REST OF WORLD - 4-20 weeks after dispatched.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! All orders are shipped via Standard International Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by weight so it will vary from order to order. However because of COVID-19 restrictions, our postal service is only able to post packages to certain destination.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes, Standard International Shipping will have partial tracking included in the price. There will also be an Express International Shipping option that you can upgrade to for an extra charge. However it is only available for certain shipping zones.

 

What if my order is lost?

For orders within Malaysia, please allow 10-14 days after dispatched for your item to arrive, particularly due to delays due to COVID-19.

International orders please allow 4-20 weeks after dispatched for your item to arrive.

I understand you want to receive your goodies as soon as possible but once your order leaves me, the shipping time will be completely out of my control.

Customs information

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, delays due to customs are out of my control.


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellation of order after payment.
